Equal Opportunities Tribunal rules in favour of former recruit

Ruling in favour of a former recruit, the Equal Opportunities Tribunal had to consider whether the youthful indiscretions of the former recruit who had admitted being involved in certain activities at the age of 13, whether that amounted to a good reason to dismiss. The recruit had been honest on his application form; the tribunal found that it was not and that he had been discriminated against.
